Rain...

It is raining today! And I don't mind at all! We have had such a lovely spring and we really need some rain!

I have tucked myself in under a blanket with both the cats keeping me company, and it is very cosy to hear the rain pouring down outside the window. I am also very tired so I need this day to catch up with resting.

I took my mum to the hospital and my son to the dentist this morning. I also helped a guy who could not get his car started. That is all I have achieved so far today. I am going into town with my daughter later. Maybe I will have another try looking for sneakers! (mind you, "wellies" would be more suitable today! )

awwww I would love some rain right about now it is just waaaaay too hot here I am melting I am sure I love watching the rain on the windows as I kid I used to sit for hours watching it these days I dont have the time

hope you manage to catch up with your rest I think I could do with a day like that I always seem to be doing something these days good luck with the sneakers search or failing that the wellies wander

  Listening to the rain is very relaxing, I think! It is a bit like listening to the wawes hitting the rocks.

    I agree I think listening to water of any sort is very relaxing be it a stream or river or the mighty sea or even the constant trickle of rain its lovely I think

With you on that mcotw, it has been an exceptional spell of weather for my area and, although I detest it, we do need a bit of rain for the garden, of course, when it comes it will forget to go away.

Raining here AGAIN today. Soaked coming home on the bike then a second time when I took the number one dog out for a walk. We just do not seem to be able to get out of this system that is covering most of the province.

  I am sorry to hear that! It is a shame that the rain could not be equally divided into all parts of the world! Just think about how some people in Africa are wishing for rain but never get any! And in some places, it seems to rain all the time...

I thought cars was a guy thing :S ?? well done on coming to the aid of a fellow motorist it must be true about you ladies being able to multi task if you can start cars for people whilst thinking of shopping
