My mum used to make these when we got unexpected guests and had nothing to treat them with. It can be a bit messy in the beginning and the batter will surely float out in the frying pan, so you will have to devide the buns from each other while frying. But practise makes perfect and they are really nice if you eat them at once!
This is what you need:
2 eggs
2 dl granulated sugar
2 dl milk
1,5 tsp baking powder
3,5 dl flour
Beat eggs and sugar well. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Grease a frying pan and pour the mixture into the pan in small portions about 6 or 7 at the same time.
Cook on medium heat and separate the cakes in the beginning to prevent them floating together.
Turn them over when they have some colour on the bottom and cook on the other side.
Sprinkle sugar on them and serve warm.
